Meet Fether

Hi, I’m Fether Dugan — Northern Nevada Realtor, Team Captain of Team Stevens at Real Broker LLC, and someone who truly believes that real estate can change lives.

Before real estate, I spent 13 years as Director of Sales and Operations for a local Reno software company. There, I learned how to truly listen, translate client needs into action, and lead projects from concept to completion. These same skills now guide me in helping clients navigate one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives: buying or selling a home.

Today, I’m proud to have helped over 90 individuals and families find their perfect place to call home — and the journey just keeps getting better. In 2024, I was ranked among the Top 300 Residential Real Estate Agents out of more than 3,500 agents in Northern Nevada, placing me in the Top 10% of all local agents. That same year, I was also named one of the Top 25 Realtors of the Year by the Women’s Council of Realtors — a huge honor that reflects my commitment to service, leadership, and excellence.

May 2025, I was thrilled to be featured as a Rising Star Realtor in Reno Real Producers Magazine — a moment of recognition I’ll never forget.

As Team Captain of Team Stevens, I now have the opportunity to not only serve clients, but also coach and support fellow agents as they build businesses they’re proud of.

Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer win their dream home or guiding a new agent to their first closing, my mission is simple: empower people to create better lives through real estate.

A Little More About Me

I’ve been married to my best friend, Scott, for 25 years, and we’re proud parents to two incredible sons, Connor and Riley. While we recently said goodbye to our beloved dogs, Kona and Buster, we’re now overjoyed to be “grand-puppy” parents to our son Connor’s energetic and lovable dog, Echo.

In our free time, we love getting outside — hiking local creek trails, spending weekends at Lake Tahoe, and making the most of each season Northern Nevada offers. I also enjoy gardening, cooking up new recipes, and tackling DIY projects around the house (design and décor are kind of my thing!).
