If she didn't know the answer to a question, she said so and worked diligently to find out. She was also honest/open in her assessment of homes I was exploring, pointing to both positives and negatives that a homebuyer should consider. What impressed me most was her knowledge of VA loans and her willingness to work with them. On more than one occasion, I had worked with local realtors who were either unknowledgeable or unwilling to explore this finance option. It was a breath of fresh air to find someone who had my best interests at heart. This remained true right up to closing when there was an additional discount for veterans that had been overlooked in the final paperwork. She saved me a little over $1,000 at signing!
